This machine is available with one post or two posts, and with heat mould, cold mould and hot/cold mould, as you need, but always for one only operator.

This machine mould the vamps (insteps) by heat and pressure with silicone moulds and aluminum cushions which can be changed easily, according to different upper models

OPTIONS
The silicone mould is on a stand, that can be made articulated to improve the mould pressure. And this articulation can be made with buffer springs or with cylinders.

This machine design and the materials we make it, allows it to work all type of vamps (insteps) with a great quality. It can be adapted to the production requirements with an easy and cheap change of moulds and cushions, providing any form of vamps (insteps) you need, adapting it to the always changing fashion and with any upper material and the model you need.

A microprocessor and temperature digital control, allows the operator the best way work big productions with a quality level technologically affixed.

Light projector to check the correct upper position on the mould, and the operator will get upper accurate position before mould process.
