This machine combines our VIFAMA technology V-2002 and V-2003 in only one machine.

One of the main reason to make this machine is to save money to have both procedures in only one investment.

There are some upper materials and models which is better to make these two process at time (Oven, mould vamps and pre-conforming toe-caps), so with one warming up, you make all process, saving energy, space and time.

The improved design of this machine make easy its manipulate, and a great technological knowledge is not required by the operator, to obtain easy and quickly these two process with a high quality.

The pre-conforming of the toes and the mould of the vamps (insteps) are essential to obtain a great finished product, it affects to the quality of the shoes and so in the sales.

It make easy the production in the next step production, avoiding damages and saving time.

This exclusive VIFAMA machine, is thought for some of our customers who need to keep a quickly production in a minimum space avoiding to move the materials in the factory during these two process.

OPTIONS

The silicone mould is on a stand that can be articulated to improve the mould pressure. This articulation can be made with buffers springs or with cylinders.

Light Projector to check the correct upper position on the mould, and the operator will get upper accurate position before mould process.
